Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026 · Review with counsel before relying on this for regulatory filings.

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of Don't Eat! (the "Service"). "We," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Service. You can reach us using the contact options we provide in the Service or by replying to messages we send you, where available.

2. Not medical advice

The Service provides general information and SMS-based coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fasting may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified clinician before fasting or if you have symptoms or conditions that concern you.

3. SMS program

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Don't Eat! related to your interactions with the service, including onboarding, conversational responses, reminders, and account-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your usage but is estimated at 5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by texting STOP to the number we message you from. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation. For help, text HELP or contact us through the same channels you used to sign up or access the Service.

4. Account and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for issues arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.

7. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information.
